- I have heard similar rumours about the features being hobbled, but I can
- tell you that the cart don't need to be present for frozen files to be
- re-loaded. I have four of them and all load each others files. The files
- also reload into my SX-64 which has a Final Cartridge III.

- Most of the AR's from V5.x on tend to use the custom chips. This was done
- by Datel to force people to buy a new cart when they wanted to update to
- a new version instead of just buying a cheap EPROM upgrade and just popping
- it in. (So I heard, anyway!)
